Important summary
QUIFY is an adult-only (18+) self-help wellness tool. It is not a medical service and does not guarantee that you will quit or reduce any habit.
The core Service is free. Quify Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple: Annual at $59.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or Monthly at $9.99/month.
By creating an account or using QUIFY you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old. By registering you confirm you are 18+. The Service is not directed at children.
- Sign-in is available via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In only. You are responsible for the security of your Apple/Google identity. Accounts created under the former email/password method keep working and can be linked to an Apple or Google identity in the app.
- One account per person; you may not use another person's account or misrepresent your identity.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data; deletion is permanent (see the Privacy Policy, Section 10).
QUIFY is a self-help wellness tool for tracking and reducing habits (cigarettes, heated tobacco, vaping, hookah, coffee, or a custom habit you define). QUIFY:
- is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- does not involve clinicians; plans are generated by a fixed mathematical formula from your questionnaire answers and are a suggested framework you are free to follow or ignore;
- displays recovery indicators and timelines based on population-average public-health sources — they are educational estimates, not measurements of your body;
- includes optional self-assessment tests (e.g. an anxiety screening based on GAD-7) that are screening aids only — a score is not a diagnosis;
- is not an emergency or crisis service. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about dependence, withdrawal, or health concerns — especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication;
- is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate.
Custom habits. The free-text custom habit feature is a neutral counter. It is not designed for, and provides no support for, serious substance dependencies (e.g. alcohol or hard drugs). Entering such a label does not make QUIFY a treatment tool for it.
- Products. Auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase: Annual at $59.99/year including a 7-day free trial, and Monthly at $9.99/month (base US prices; your local price is shown in the App Store purchase sheet).
- What Premium unlocks. Tracking more than 2 habits at once; Personal Quit and Reduce plans, including their Support phases; and the detailed Health recovery categories. The core Service (up to 2 tracked habits, content Library, gamification, self-assessment tests, the live health cards and Total Recovery indicator) is free.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple charges your Apple ID account within 24 hours before renewal. The free trial converts into a paid Annual subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited on purchase where Apple's rules so provide.
- Managing and cancelling. In your Apple ID subscription settings, or in-app via Settings → Subscription (which also offers Restore Purchases). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then.
- Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- When Premium ends. Nothing is deleted. Any plan already in progress runs to its natural end (including earned rewards and its history); afterwards new plans require Premium again. All habits, logs, and results remain in your account; Premium-only surfaces simply lock again.
- Grandfathered accounts. Accounts created before the subscription launch have free access to Premium features as a discretionary courtesy. This courtesy is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked only in case of a violation of these Terms.
- Price changes. Future price changes follow Apple's subscription price-change process, including advance notice and — where required — your consent.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or attack the Service; access other users' data; automate access or scrape; upload unlawful content in free-text fields; use the Service where prohibited by law; or circumvent subscription gating or grant yourself premium flags. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
- Our content (articles, videos, activities, mini-games, music, artwork, software) is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We may add, modify, or remove in-app content at any time without notice.
- Embedded videos play via YouTube's privacy-enhanced player under YouTube's terms; images/videos come from Unsplash and Pexels under their licences.
- Your content (habit names, notes, answers) remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service for you.
- Gamification points, levels, medals, and streaks are not currency, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable or transferable.
Push and local notifications are optional and controlled by iOS permission plus in-app toggles. Reminders are convenience features — we do not guarantee delivery or timing.
The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may modify features (including which features require Premium — subject to Section 4's protections for in-progress plans and to Apple's subscription rules). We may terminate accounts for Terms violations; you may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill; our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights in your jurisdiction). Health-related decisions are yours and your clinician's — see Section 3.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by your local law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms; the current version and "Last updated" date are always posted here. Material changes will be announced in the app and, where required, re-accepted. The version you accepted is recorded in your account.
